Information Update

Thank you for creating a new household and/or per-registering for check-in. 

Please use this form to create or update your entire household information. 
> Use the "+ Add adult" to add adult/s in your household. 
> Use the "+ Add child" to add kid/s to your household. 
> If you are under 18, please include parent information at the bottom where it says, "+ Add adult."

If you're already in our database, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the changes. 

If you are per-registering your kid/s for weekend services, please stop at the Kids Check-in desk to check-in and receive a FREE gift.
